Jeremy Zaborowski operates trackbid.lol from New York, United States. The public board does not require an account. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@trackbid.lol.

Information Trackbid handles

Trackbid stores the contribution amount, selected track and week, optional normalized public shoutout, private provider identifiers, and settlement, refund, moderation, and operator evidence needed to run and reconcile the board. It does not store customer email, billing address, or payment instrument data.

If supplied, a handle appears publicly as self-attested, unverified attribution. Leaving it blank records the contribution as anonymous. Do not submit a handle you are not authorized to display.

Service providers

Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and processes hosted Checkout, customer, payment, tax, receipt, and refund data under its own buyer and privacy terms. Render hosts the application and database. Spotify supplies track metadata and listening destinations. DataFast provides consent-based analytics and attribution. Sentry receives sanitized reliability reports.

Analytics and reliability

DataFast loads only after you accept analytics. It sets a visitor identifier cookie to measure site use and connect marketing visits with completed contributions. The identifier may be included in Dodo Checkout metadata. Declining analytics does not affect the board or Checkout.

Sentry and structured logs receive operational failures. Sentry is configured not to collect default personal information, and Trackbid does not intentionally add card data, provider secrets, raw payment payloads, authorization headers, or raw handles to error reports. Operational records follow configured retention periods and are removed or aggregated when they are no longer needed for reliability, security, abuse investigation, or legal compliance.

Leaderboard links pass through trackbid.lol before opening Spotify so the board can increment a public aggregate click total. These totals are raw outbound clicks, not Spotify plays, streams, or unique listeners. Click counting does not store IP addresses, user agents, cookies, or visitor identifiers.

You can review or withdraw your analytics choice at any time. Withdrawal removes Trackbid’s analytics cookies and prevents future optional tracking from loading in that browser.

Use and retention

Trackbid uses information to provide the requested board service, prevent abuse, reconcile payments, satisfy legal obligations, and—with consent—measure site use. Contribution, settlement, refund, and operator audit records are retained as long as reasonably necessary for financial audit, fraud prevention, disputes, recovery, and legal compliance. Immutable weekly archives and non-identifying aggregate click totals may be retained indefinitely. A public shoutout remains visible with its board record unless it is hidden following a valid request or moderation decision.

Your requests

You may ask to access, correct, or hide public attribution, withdraw analytics consent, or exercise rights available under applicable law by emailing support@trackbid.lol. Financial records and locked snapshots may be retained when required for audit, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the integrity of the historical board.
